Refund, Return & Exchange Policy
Refunds:
- No Refunds on sale / special pricing or discontinued items.
- No refunds on any digital products. (includes courses, downloads)
- No refunds on consulting or coaching single sessions (see below exceptions).
Live Classes:
- Live classes are 100% refundable 14 days before the program starts.
- After 14 days, there is a 50% refund available. (calculations are based on the total of the program offered and not the payment options chosen)
- Once class starts there are no refunds. (starts on orientation).
- No shows are non-refundable.
Workshops:
- Workshops are non-refundable due to reserved seating.
Group Coaching:
- Full Refunds can only be issued 14 days before the coaching/program starts.
- After 14 days, there is a 50% refund available. (calculations are based on the total of the program offered and not the payment options chosen)
- Once a group has started there are no refunds. (starts on orientation).
- No shows are non-refundable.
Monthly Masterminds:
- There is a 3-month minimum requirement for memberships to all masterminds
- After the initial 3 months, you will then be charged the monthly fee consecutively until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime, cancelation requires a 30 day written notice.
- There are no refunds for the month you are canceling in.
*Note you will not be refunded if you cancel during the 3 month period.
For example, To discontinue at the end of the 3 months, you must request it in writing 30 days before the 3 months are up, to avoid the monthly fee of the 4th month. Let’s say you purchased your 3-month mastermind on January 1st, the 3-month term would bring you to March 1st. You would have to send in your request by Feb 1 to avoid being charged for April 1st (the 4th month).
For example, You are on the re-occurring monthly plan, let’s say your bill is due April 15th and you want to cancel, by emailing your cancelation request no later than April 15th or earlier your plan would then be canceled for the month of June. (providing your 30-day notice, your last payment would be May 15th). To avoid being charged for the month of May: We may consider your cancelation request, which must be received 15 days prior to the billing date. (subject to approval).
Coaching & Consulting 1on 1 packaged sessions:
Full Refunds can only be issued before the sessions have started. Once sessions have started there are no refunds. (Please contact to discuss possible arrangements)
Exchange Policy:
Please note some items are outsourced by third-party suppliers, which are out of our control. Please see each item and or supplier for their return/exchange policy if any. Please ensure you have verified all size charts provided. We are not responsible for third-party suppliers’ policies. We do our best to ensure our site is up to date with the most recent policies from our third-party suppliers.
Please advise if you have any issues we will do our best to troubleshoot and help as best as we can, keep in mind there are no guarantees. We appreciate being in the loop with any issue that may arise, our customers are important to us and we need your help keeping us informed. (we will not do business with a third-party company that is out of integrity and will not hesitate to change partnerships in the best interest of our customers).
Specialty orders:
These orders are made to order / pre-orders or have provided a special pricing discount, we are unable to issue an exchange or refund. Please contact us if you have an issue with your order.
Returns: Please email your request for a return authorization number. Note: returns without an authorization number will not be refunded or exchanged.
Note: Any No Show appointments or canceled appointments less than 24 hours before the appointment takes place will forfeit their appointment along with any fees, payments, or deposits associated, there is a no refund policy. By confirming your appointment you have confirmed that you’ve read and agree to the conditions outlined here and in your coaching agreement.
